The followings are the terms that govern your use of and purchase of products from Singapore Lelong!

Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms:

• You have fully read, understood and are agreeable to all requirements, terms and conditions stated on the FAQ page.
• All prices stated are in SGD.
• Items sold are non-refundable, returnable or exchangeable.
• All deposits, payments and transactions are non-refundable. (Refer to FAQ page, point 7)
• We will not be held responsible for any defects after the buyer has received and paid for the items.
• Colour of the actual items may differ slightly from the pictures. We will not offer any exchange or refund for these differences.
• We reserve the right to cancel any item reservation or orders if buyer’s response is deemed poor/unreliable.
• Only serious buyers will be entertained.
• Selling price of each item is final (excludes delivery charge) – for more information on optional delivery services, visit the FAQ page, point 6.
• We will not be liable for any items that are damaged or lost during deliveries.
• Personal information of our customers will not be disclosed to any third parties or whosoever.
• Purchases made are at your own risk. Items are second-hand goods, unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to make any appropriate changes on our site, policies, and terms & conditions at any point of time, as we deem necessary.
