Kindly note that the Xbox console disc tray occasionally does not eject. This is a very common problem for Xboxes (google it, it’s true!) and can be EASILY fixed by simply inserting a paper clip into a hole at the front. This ejects the tray immediately. Paper clip for this is included with compliments from us ;)
